The Department of Public Health Dentistry of Maratha Mandal’s Nathajirao G. Halgekar Institute of Dental Sciences & Research Centre, Belagaviin association with Women’s Grievance Cell organised free distribution of sanitary pads to the women’s and teenage girlson occasion of International Women’s Day. It was organised on 12th March 2024 at Late Nathajirao G Halgekar Memorial Satellite Dental Clinic, Kadoli village, Belagavi.
The program started with welcome speech. Awareness given to ASHA workers, teenage girls and women’s of Kadoli village about general as well as oral hygiene, various dental treatment facilities available in the Satellite Dental Clinic, Kadoli as well as in the Maratha Mandal’s Nathajirao G. Halgekar Institute of Dental Sciences & Research Centre. There was distribution of free 336 sanitary packs containing six pads each.
