The Maratha Mandal’s Institute Of Dental Sciences, Belgaum has been recognized as a Research Centre to carry out research work leading to Ph.D. degree of Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bangalore in the Department of ‘Oral Pathology & Microbiology’ with effect from 24/10/2008.

‘Dr.Kishore G.Bhat’ , ‘Dr. Ramakant Nayak’ and  ‘Dr. Vijayalakshmi K’ are recognized as a Ph.D Guide and  as Guide by the Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences,Bangalore for all Ph.D work.
